PREVENTIVE CONTROLS FOR HUMAN FOOD (PCQI) TRAINING
Developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), this course follows a standardized curriculum recognized by the FDA. Successfully completing this course is one way to meet the requirements for a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). This course is for food safety professionals at manufacturing and corporate locations who are either responsible for or participating in the development, implementation, and management of facility Food Safety Plans.
SANITATION OPERATOR TRAINING
Following a standardized training program developed by the International Food Protection Training Institute (IFPTI), this course focuses on the fundamentals of cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.
