Hosted with support from the IAFNS Food Microbiology Committee, this webinar will examine how evolving food manufacturing practices and ingredient changes may influence microbial control, shelf stability, and product safety. Dr. Post will share expert insights on the critical role that formulation and processing play in protecting the safety of our food supply—and the new risks that may emerge as the industry innovates.
