    The work we do in our laboratories has a direct impact on the release of safe food and pharmaceutical products to the public. We are consumers as well, and want the products we test to be safe. We have set high internal quality control standards. Our Quality Initiatives employ systems of safe-guards to ensure conformance to regulatory guidelines and client expectations.

    We strive to be compassionate and at the same time objectively support our client’s best interests. In many instances this means going beyond the norm, and taking the extra step to anticipate our client’s needs. Follow through is key to our service philosophy.
